Ratings and reviews

Could be better, would be nice to send workout to friends with the app to share "what you got today bro?" and edit my own workouts if my coach is ok with it. Uploads are kinda clunky, so is navigating between different levels of messaging you with your coach. It can drive you crazy if you're looking for that one message when it's buried in a workout chat you can't find.

linked YouTube videos tell me I need to sign in to watch in the app, but the sign in link doesn't do anything. I can watch them in YouTube (using the arrow button in the bottom right), but that takes away from the value of the app...this also happens to me in the web interface, so it seems TrueCoach just has an issue across the board

Josh is not only knowledgeable about the benefits of exercises but was empathetic in his approach to my specific limitations. I am able to follow along with him through my routines that he prescribes with each one slightly different to build upon the last one so as to be safe and enjoyable.
