Downloaded the app after talking with customer service agent, who emailed a link THAT WOULDN'T WORK. That should have been my first clue. But I went to the play store instead. After registering, I have yet to be able to access ANYTHING. An error message appears each time. I hope that means that improvements are being made! Agree with another reviewer that entering the birthday is far too time consuming! It's an APP and supposed to be easy.

We apologize for the frustration with the app. Regarding the date picker you should be able to tap the year in the calendar to open a spinning wheel to easily set your birth year. I haven't used this app for a while. I just tried and I get a message asking to update the app then it redirects me to Google play, then no updates and it stops. On the website on my PC I get the message "wrong username" which is not right because all is saved on my PC. Something is wrong with your system. Now I'm told to call customer service. This is the worst app I've ever used. I even uninstalled and reinstalled hoping that the new installation would pick up the update. It's not working

I don't know why they decided to suddenly outright replace the MyBlueprint app with this one. Should have just made both available for a week or two, to get feedback and iron out kinks. On a Galaxy Note9, I'm lucky if I can even log in-but even if I do, when trying to load my plan details it just gives a nondescript "Sorry, something went wrong" error message (same as when logins fail)...makes an app like this pretty useless if you ask me.

Thanks for your feedback. While we did replace the mobile app, we left the old My Blueprint web portal for you to use for a while. We experienced some unrelated and untimely server issues that were the culprit of the timeout problem. We're working to resolve any glitches so the experience is a helpful place for you to manage your health plan.
