very reliable app, being using it for 2 years now, but sometimes they can pick the wrong day to have transactions issues but it is always very brief, their customers service is top class, I always recommend the app to my friends.

You guys are becoming so unreliable. Most times money hangs and takes time to be sent or reversed. Some times, the app doesn't work which is so frustrating. Even like now, I can't seem to open it cos it won't open

I can't login to my account, it keeps showing invalid account...when it asks for OTP and it's sent to my number, after inputting it, they say OTP doesn't match phone number...does that make any sense... Thank God I haven't got any money put in yet, it would have been much more annoying
