Terrible app. It did not let me sign in right at 20 minutes before my virtual appointment with a primary care provider, and they had the nerve to charge me for a non-show on that one. I created a ticket about 5 minutes before my appointment started to let them know I was not connecting because I was late, but because didn't work. They didn't seem to care about it, and they charged me anyway. I was on hold for almost an hour with an agent to have it fixed, and they couldn't fix it. Worst app ever

After 4+ years, nothing ever works as it should. Currently, every claim opens to a blank page. Only shows the last month of claims without an option to scroll down for more (have to filter as a workaround). Messages are neither a chat nor a messaging service: tell you to wait up to an hour for each response, but if you don't respond within minutes, will drop the conversation and good luck with the next guy. Can't even avoid them and go directly to plan's site as they are the assigned concierge.

Hi Yulia, we addressed some of these issues with our latest release. Please upgrade to version 11.5.0 or higher and you should be good to go. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Not user friendly. I tried to click the link for a password reset, but this link is currently not working, so I've no way to get into my account. When I was sent a ticket to tech support, the only option for entering a birthday is clicking through a calender month by month backward in time starting from today's day, had to click that button over 350 times, so incredibly annoying. Feels like just another way insurance company's play around with people to discourage them from using their benefits.
