I love this app. I think this is the perfect app for workout at home i must tell you that i had never gone to the gym and yet i want to lose weight this app works so effectively thank you so much!!! I think it is far better than gym but only one condition is there that you have to be regular through the workout sessions without any cheating!!!

The best application for workout at home. User friendly interface , proper exercise timings, animations and what not. Love this app 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 . It would be more beneficial if you add diet plans too and another option for exercises to gain weight.
