The SANNCE HOME app is designed to work with SANNCE DVRs . Live view your cameras and video recorded in the DVR remotely. Only create an account and add DVR to the APP account, then you can enjoy the real-time video from cameras on a global scale. It also allows you to play back video in DVR. I've had the saance dvr for well over a year now and it works fine when at home, but the app is of the worst I've ever used, it won't stay connected, it switches between HD and basic on its on, and it just generally sucks, and that's when the app works at all. When it doesn't work you have to reset the dvr. Save your money and get a better setup and if you've already bought the set, send it back and get a refund it's not worth the headache. Get something a little more expensive and better.

The app worked for a few years then pooped out on my android as it did previously on my i-phone. I have no idea where the user name came from and I have been unable to link my phone in the settings. In settings the option is available to unlink and link. If I remember all the steps I took correctly now, with the intention of resetting the app and re-linking my phone: I unlinked successfully after the app stopped working. I was unable to link after that. Everything "froze up."

Worked twice.... then malfunctioned. Logged out, tried to log back in, would not allow me. The password recovery asks you to enter a capthcha or whatever, but it keeps saying that you have entered the wrong one. App is useless, which in turn makes the whole camera system worthless. Will be returning the whole system because of this app.
