NO DATA OR WI-FI REQUIRED & YOUR PRIVACY ASSURED
At a live event site, APPIX doesn’t require any cellular data or Wi-Fi. Just download the app, select your event, make sure Bluetooth and notifications are enabled and we’ll let you know when a moment is about to begin by prompting your smartphone in real-time.
Your phone does not pair over Bluetooth, so no personal information is ever sent from your phone and NO sign up or login is required.

What a waste of time and battery. The app kept constantly needing to update, and then it kept needing to re-sync. I never got to use it because of this. Anyway, for those who got it to work, all it did was flash the camera light randomly; nothing was ever specifically synced by seating section or anything, the effects weren't that special or unique.

I downloaded Appix a day before the Denver NKOTB concert. It took multiple tries to download successfully. At the concert, the app refused to work properly. Upon opening, it got stuck on the first ad- wanting me to schedule an appointment with the Red Cross before continuing to the concert. After restarting my phone, I was able to get past the ad and access the show. Unfortunately, the Appix experience only worked once before causing my phone to freeze. Frustrating and disappointing.

Hi Lauren, the issues you are describing seem very out of the ordinary, especially "freezing" is something we have not encountered despite 10's of thousands of downloads. I really, really wanted to like this app. I downloaded it for the live experience at the NKOTB mixtape tour. I downloaded if a couple days in advance so I didnt have to worry about doing it in the arena, because you never know about spotty service. I checked in, kept my screen open like i was suppose to, it alerted me when it was time for the experience, but one it was time, it kicked me out and didnt work each time😔 So needless to say it was disappointing.
