Might be the most terible app I ever downloaded. Booking process was fine, but then I payed for the flight, went through, and immediately after confirmation I get a message that the payment will be refunded and the booking will be cancelled. I get no explanation as to why this happens and my banking app just says that Airpaz has cancelled the transaction. This happened 4 times in a row before I decided to download Trip an book the same flight there. That went though without any issues in one go.

Airpaz is a scam. 1. They do not book your ticket and will hold your money. They purchased mine 3 weeks after, but I purchased from another site. 2. Their ticket confirmation says it came 3 weeks later, but I did not receive it. It was too late to cancel anyway, according to airpaz. 3. They will not issue refunds. Even though I contacted the airline directly confirming cancellation is possible from japan to korea, airpaz will not cancel it. 4. You will never be able to talk to them.

A very disappointing experience.I realised the dates that I have booked changed without any prior notifications.And I upated the app as an attempt to solve the problem.But worse still,in the updated version,all the upcoming flights that I have booked and paid disappeared.I really need them to issue a refund for all the affected flights or at least get back to my original itinerary.
