I like the tracker tools and insights provided. they do have a premium version that offers more features, but you can unlock these features for a limited time with an ad, so the app can be completely free. there is a community where you can post questions and get responses, but it doesn't seem highly active, and most questions go unanswered.

I have tried so many apps and really just don't like how most of them look. Femometer is lovely. The only note I'd have is I'd love to make custom symptoms/symptom icons. But there are so many symptoms already on this app that it's not a deal breaker, and the notes in the symptoms section are essentially set as custom symptoms themselves, so I think I'm sticking with this one for a while! Love that the free version is actually usable long-term too, unlike many others! Excellent app.

Not much more than frustration for this app. The concept is great, you can track tons of different things for the FAM/NFP. But there's so many bugs. Not at all user friendly. It won't accept the end of your period so you have to set it like 3 times before it sticks. It assumes info and its hard to set it to actual info instead. You can't manually enter an ovulation day, even if youre sure. About to give up on this app even though I have their Bluetooth bbt thermometer.
