Ratings and reviews

Having problems getting wallet to sync, as in my wallet, won't synchronize after I just just transfered crypto. It just says attempting sync, 3 of my nodes have a red dot beside them, I'm not sure how to fix this. Once this is resolved, this app will be a 5 star for me. Overall, I love the interface, which is easy to use and navigate. Update: app is 5 stars for sure! Support got to me quickly and resolved my issue with a detailed response.

It always works, and the coins always show up and never go missing. That right there says a lot, considering how many times I've sent, exchanged, and received coins using this app. Anytime I have a question or an issue, the support team has responded quickly and knowagably. It can be a little slow at times, and the prices the coin exchange providers offered are annoying high. People talk about better wallets, but why mess with a good thing when this one has worked perfectly for 2+ years.

Had an issue with the swap but support from both sides were on it. If you send BNB to swap for something else, make sure you get the MEMO first. I didn't see it before hand but when checking the tx status it showed. Still checking out the app but it seems solid and good to know there are people to step up and assist if needed. To me that's a large part of the rating, security and service.
