I just started using the app, made my 1st payment! So far so good. I too found it frustrating when I had to verify through my email. By the time I get back to the app, I had to start all over again, unless I have 2 devices. That was before I received my card.. After I received my card I went online updated my information made sure they have my cell phone number in the system as a part of verification, for security purposes👍. I will update when I've had a bit more experience with it.

I've had my card for almost 6 months and am pretty happy with it. The App is super easy to use. Update: Reason for choosing this card was because of the credit limit increase after 6 months. I have made my payments on time/before due date and have now made 7 payments with no increase. Not happy! Went from a 5 star to a 3 star review. Update: I have now made a YEARS worth of on-time payments with still no increase to my credit line. Do NOT apply for this card!

This app having such a high rating with all the significantly high numbers of negative comments is kind of top shelf comedy. I don't really use the card but maybe twice a year just for credit purposes. I actually pay more in annual fees than I do purchases lol. However, I'm giving it 2 stars because it is seriously lacking modern software. I mean what I use it for serves its purpose but really!!!! No debt card payment options??? this app is all but officially bedrock.
