The app is good but it's their payment policy. I have never had a credit card that limits how many time you can make a payment. Apparently they set a limit and ut you want to make a payment after that limit they have you call in and then charge you $3.95 . This is the second card I found out does that and after reading the policy I still am unable to find that. I never seen a company not want money.

I noticed, last month, that they run your payment the NIGHT BEFORE you have it scheduled. So I took my screen shot and checked the email. Sure enough the email says the day before AND it shows on the payment screen as the day before... pretty ILLEGAL. Pay attention. Also called customer service and was told they will make a ticket for this. It means if you schedule your payment and realize the day before that you can't make it AND it's after 5pm, you can't change it. SMH

This app needs fixed. For the past week I've been trying to log on and it'll say enter how I want to receive a pass code for security purposes and my email it's the only choice it gives me. When I click on email and check for Passmore, there's nothing. I've done it over 15x and still have not received a code. I can't get into my account now.
