Their website says after 6 monthly on time payments are made, and your account is in good standing, you'll receive a credit line increase. But, the app says nothing about it! And, I think I looked through every place possible. The only way to get any type of help or info is a # for customer service to call. Not one of my other cards is like this. they either offer a way to do it in the app or info on how to do it. This info on their website is not correct & needs to be updated or deleted!

The app is good but it's their payment policy. I have never had a credit card that limits how many time you can make a payment. Apparently they set a limit and ut you want to make a payment after that limit they have you call in and then charge you $3.95 . This is the second card I found out does that and after reading the policy I still am unable to find that. I never seen a company not want money.

I noticed, last month, that they run your payment the NIGHT BEFORE you have it scheduled. So I took my screen shot and checked the email. Sure enough the email says the day before AND it shows on the payment screen as the day before... pretty ILLEGAL. Pay attention. Also called customer service and was told they will make a ticket for this. It means if you schedule your payment and realize the day before that you can't make it AND it's after 5pm, you can't change it. SMH
