I'm getting messages that this app has to always be connected, yet I have specific download content to watch when away, I can't watch at my destination as it is geolocked. I now have downloads that can't be watched. It would also be helpful if you could choose the save location such as an SD card. The content itself has improved in recent months, the app is just painful to use.

It's got a lot of problems Forgets what episode you are on and your position within the episode quite a lot On mobile device, if you pause and lock your screen it will play instantly on unlocking If you click anywhere on screen while something is playing, there is a chance that all the buttons will stay up for the entirety of what you are watching or more Subtitles don't work properly, having lag, not being there at all or not working when characters talk in another language I've run out of room

Poor catalog of movies and shows; Streaming issues (when no such issues with other streaming apps); Can't use it while abroad on holiday, even in countries where it's available otherwise. Poor service, poor apps. I got it on discount and I still think it's not worth even the discounted price - definitely doesn't worth the full price and I'll won't be renewing for sure - the only reason I'm not canceling it now is that I've paid the subscription up to the end of year, so to avoid "tech" issues.
