These days you can Google search an answer for any particular question, but what if you're learning something from scratch or have a bunch of related questions to ask? It helps to have an expert at your fingertips to walk you through all of your questions and get you smart on something meaningful to you.

ProTalk experts are standing by to talk with you about whatever you're interested in. Just push the Talk button to select a ProTalk Listener and you'll be connected! You can also ping a Listener if they are offline.

Won't let me enter in my phone number to sign up. I select USA number and it gives me an error saying "please enter a valid Japanese number". I tried a number of times and now it says that same line along with "we have blocked all requests from this device due to unusual activity". My unusual activity was just trying to put my valid USA number on the USA number slot.

Tried to sign up but it gets stuck on the choose your username. It verified that the one I wanted was available, but there was no enter button. Even hitting done on my keyboard did nothing. Anytime you go back it just resets and won't let you continue. I've tried deleting the app and re-downloading to no avail.

I can't change the country name/dial code. It's stuck on only Japan.
