New edit* 3rd time The app.. has bugs. Problems with the app were remedied only by logging in through a browser and not using the app. Still think customer service needs to re-evaluate how they interact with users having issues with said app. But, all in all, I believe it would have great potential, after the bugs are worked out.

This exchange is just a scam! it doesn't even show the entery price for any coin. If a coin goes down, you lose, but when it goes back up you do not gain the money you spent! Stay away and protect yourself from scam

Was allowed to open an account using KYC with them knowing I am a US Resident. Had the account for at least a month now and wake up to an email telling me US tax payers are not allowed to use their services and to remove my assets and delete my account in 3 days. Problem is I cannot remove my assests because their system will not allow the amounts I have to be sold or transferred. Not to mention the transfer fees are so ridiculous in price that they're more than what some of my assets I own are.
