Ratings and reviews

Avoid this service! They lure you in with an inexpensive trial, then automatically start billing you at $19 per month at the end of the trial. They don't send any notification that your trial is ending, and don't notify you before charging your credit card. Worst of all, there is no way to cancel your subscription through the app. You have to call a number and speak to a representative. When you ask to cancel the subscription, they refuse and try to trick you into agreeing to keep the service

After the update, the app doesn't recognize my subscription anymore. I have to read articles on the CT Insider website instead. Super lame.

I don't know happened, all of sudden I can't read any articles and subscription is current.
