Hero App intends to enable differentiated customer experience through In Context messaging , Personalization ,Different services basis customer tier etc.. You may connect with Hero using this app and perform various operations like:
Find Your Vehicle: You may search your two-wheeler based on your registered mobile no. or VIN (vehicle identification number) or vehicle registration number.
Vehicle Details: Various information of your two-wheeler like registration number, last service date, next service date, last service advice, goodlife details.
Dealer Locator: You may search Hero authorised dealership and workshops based on State/City or your location.
Service Booking: Service booking can be done with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler to be serviced, select the workshop and submit the request.
Hero Products: User may check the complete range of Hero products and download the specifications.
Tips: Maintenance schedule of hero two-wheeler is available under this section. You may select the two-wheeler for which you wish to check the schedule and plan your maintenance.
You may select a dealer and use his contact details to directly connect with him.

First at all. overall application is good but Bluetooth connectivity is having so much off issues. I have splendor xtec. Issue will be started two weeks ago. Same problem don't resolve it. And I have try to connect. After connect Bluetooth connectivity couldn't connect right now message is pop uped. Please rectify issue. And showroom service experience also very worst. Please rectify the issues Thank you

I think that, notification of IGNITION ON/OFF comes regarding security purposes only. In 2 month of experience, after parking it in parking area and other places,, it happens approx 4-5 times only that it indicated within seconds, rest every time it has indicated after 8-10 min receiving 4 to 6 notifications at a time. 2,3 times Ignition on and then off. REST ALL FEATURES THAT I HAD EXPERIENCED ARE GOOD.

I bought glamour xtec for the navigation feature. But now i feel like cheated🫤. The instructions on console is very confusing. You even cannot add custom location to the navigation😠. It is better to buy a mobile holder and use google maps for navigation, instead of getting trapped in non-functional features. 😡
