Ratings and reviews

The feature to look up pre-paid parking no longer works on the app. The website does not allow you to change the car which used to be possible in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app couple of times, but I am still unable to see my pre-paid parking in the app. Luckily, my parking is way out in December, so I was able to cancel the parking and get the same deal with different plate information. I hope these people fix it. This has been going on for more than three months now.

App recently does not recognize my car or display my future reservations. DFW Airport says to use my computer instead of the app. Not very convenient when traveling.

Great way to get a spot in advance. Often have better deals than buying day of when you get there. The app is straight forward and easy to use.
