Very easy to use! Allowed me to put in additional insured which some other apps don't have the option of. And when I wanted to add yet another additional insured I wrote support and actually got a human response very, very quickly. Of course the real test will be if anything happens and I need to use the insurance, however, hopefully that day will never come.

As with any Insurance, I hope to have little interaction with the team... but so far, it has been very simple and easy. The support team has been excellent with communication and helped resolve setup items very quickly. They also came highly recommended by colleagues with a major pilot network that have had to make a claim in the past. Good to know! The interface is smooth and simple as well; providing me with the info I need and confidence to Fly! The pricing seems very fair, and the best!

Used to be good value...but now that they are switching internal providers they are doing away with the good pilot discounts. I was getting 40% but that's gone...despite being a good pilot and never needing to use their services. Not a good idea to crank up the costs during an economic time period such as the one we have. Time to shop elsewhere...
