Awful aggregator, possibly the worst: hidden charges at checkout (additional 10% service fees plus booking fees) so the prices advertised are totally misleading; impossible to amend bookings without reaching out to customer service, which turns out to be difficult to reach. So add 10% to the published fares and hope all stays as you iriginally booked.

Avoid booking through this app/website! The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. It took them over 48 hours just to respond to a simple cancellation request, and even then, they were completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, they’re charging a $20 cancellation fee — almost equivalent to the cost of a one-way ticket. Definitely not worth the hassle.

the app is trash, it doesn't open 50% of the time. the customer service portal doesnt notify you of messages and will automatically send you back to talking to ai chat bot
