PoolFit currently has over 225 water exercise workouts to choose from. There are also in-home fitness workouts for when you can’t get in the pool. Two to three new videos are posted each month. Select from a wide variety of at-home water workouts, including water aerobics, deep water fitness, aqua boot camp, pool HIIT workouts, aqua arthritis, water walking, aqua Pilates & yoga, as well as pool workouts with noodles, foam dumbbells, Aqualogix equipment, webbed gloves and more.

Select your daily pool workout video, download to your device and then head to the pool and follow along with water fitness classes led by trained experts. NEW! You can now create a playlist of your favorite workouts that will play consecutively. The subscription will automatically renew after your trial period and until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings in the PoolFit Android App. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid charges.

I come back every summer! I particularly appreciate the varying lengths and intensity levels-for example one year I had been at the gym all winter and still found challenging workouts, whereas this year I was in Phys therapy barely able to walk but was still able to find appropriate videos. I recommend trying a few as I find preferences for some instructors. They always have new content. I do wish there were more shorter videos. Also have had good experience with customer service.

Update 9/29/24: same issue has happened talking with customer service but this is ridiculous. Updated: amazing customer service, fixed the issue over the weekend. Thanks. Original comment: This has nothing to do with the program, but I signed up on Google play and the app is not allowing me to access my workouts. So currently, I am being ripped off. I sent out an email, so just waiting to hear back. As soon as they fix the issue, I will update my rating.

I just took my first class, signed up for the monthly subscription and love it! I'll do a class every day that I can! So much variety. I can't do high impact on the ground, but I can jog in the pool with this app! I feel I'm getting an overall workout in 1:45 minute class, including glutes, legs, abs, arms and more. It's fun, too!
