I won't even open this app. Downloaded only to review. Absolute BS that this was removed from an existing Ford app. What you should have done was make it easier to access through the FordPass app instead of jumping through hoops or creating a new useless app. Keep yourself to vehicles, Ford. That's what you're good at.

Every time I try to open...we are experiencing technical difficulties. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and still doesn't work. So, If payment is late, Ford app can pay

Two apps to do the work that one app should [and previously did] do?!?! ... makes a lot of sense. This is exactly what I sadly expect from an American car company these days... shame on me this time. You won't get another auto sale from me.
