This review is about the app only, not about Petplan's service itself. The app is flat-out bad. It doesn't load half the time, regularly forgets my login information, and tends to freeze on blank screens when I try to do anything. When the app flow works as expected, it's good enough. It's easy to submit a claim, but impossible to find the forms you need (such as the *mandatory* veterinary history form).

I'm new to PetPlan and have been trying to log into my account to make sure info is correct and to add a vet. I can't get either the site or app to work. They want a base line health assesment but if the app doesn't work there is no way to submit. Hope this gets fixed before my pups appointment because the update did not work. The site works to take your payment without issue. Update: The app seems to be working though I have to open it twice to get it to load. Sometimes freezes but its usable.

APP is horrible. I have no issues with the insurance but for the past 2 years their app has not worked. They keep changing it, fixing it and it still does not work. With the last update I have to uninstall and then install again to get into the app - that works most of the time. Before I could go to the website if I had an issue and submit a claim but you can't do that anymore - please fix it. Not sure who is in charge of the App at this company but they need to go.
