I am using the app to order groceries. I can't drive, and I need to use the motored carts in the store. But they break down, too. And usually in the back corner of the store. It is easier to work with, but when it hangs, it really hangs, and there really isn't much I can do about it. Of the two, the phone version is easier to work with. But it is still, overall, a harder way to buy food than going shopping on two legs like everyone else

There are too many sale offers and groupings. Much too tedious for minimal savings. Why make customers jump through so many hoops? If you really wanted to offer savings, you would make the process more simple & less time consuming. it's difficult for both customers & cashiers. I have chosen to shop elsewhere because of this system. Thank you.

Doesn't even load Quick at home. takes over a minute to load one product to research ingredients. In the store, takes forever, I understand that could be the stores wifi, but then make all in store wifi stronger so the app can be used anywhere in the store if you're going to have "scan the code for coupon" because even though I have notifications on, I no longer get emails or notifications weekly or at all.
