I've had a Shaw's account for 5+ years and all of a sudden, when I try to log in, it says, "sorry we're having technical difficulties". and when I try to make a new account, "you don't have permission to request this action". I'm getting the same exact error messages on mobile and on browser, on multiple devices. it's been MONTHS since I could log in!! so I guess I'll finally delete the app since nobody wants to fix the issue or help me out. Hannaford Rewards works just fine ☺️

Convenient pick-up options but the app is really buggy almost to the point where it's unusable sometimes. It won't let me search for items. Also, Shaw's needs a new system for updating the items out of stock. I'm tired of placing an order and more than half my cart is substituted... Every. Single. Time. It's absolutely obnoxious. I understand if a couple of items I ordered were out but I swear it's like 10+ items every time I order and I'm getting fed up.

2 weeks ago I placed an order through the cell phone app. Today, nothing but "technical difficulties". did you ever think of printing some diagnostic information along with the error message? I spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get my information reset (so now I can order from my laptop), but the phone app is dead in the water. I have cleared the cache, cleared storage, rebooted the phone and also deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing works. If you're updating, how about telling us?
