Ratings and reviews

Login failing repeatedly, can't see my account statement sometimes. when I try downloading statement it showing error. when I email it, the statement have only one page with about 1 month of statement for a whole year. Tried logging in to internet banking from laptop. Saying invalid user id. Everything was fine until few months before. Somebody fix this ASAP.....!

Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. For a long time the app didn't work. Recently I was told that the app was updated and that it should now work. So i installed the app again. Tried to register using my debit card. It says technical error. unable to fetch debit card details. Good for nothing app. You guys should go back to pen and paper. Don't think you can handle something so advanced as an app. Sick. Can I give a negative rating? I would if i could.

Older version was far too better than the current version. Vyom 2.0 keeps crashing within a minute. IPO(ASBA) segment is also not working properly and it doesn't even show the ongoing IPO's. Worst experience after the update and don't just keep auto-replying, we are here to help and mail us at so and so email. Better try to fix all the bugs and issues at the earliest.
