I spent 9-10 hours filling out surveys, I finally went to redeem some points for a couple gift cards, I was denied without a reason. I contacted the support system, two weeks later they told me that my account had been terminated because "my member profile was not suitable for their research". No sort of compensation of any kind for the wasted time and effort. Truly a remarkably terrible company.

I like the service, and would totally recommend to everyone! But the app is so unreliable it's almost pathetic. I can't tell you how many surveys that have been interrupted/failed because the app just stopped working or randomly logged me out... I pretty much only do surveys on my windows machine at this point. Absolutely no issues there. And the worst part is this app seems to have gotten less usable the longer I've used it. Lastly, who doesn't have an option to stay logged in in 2023? C'mon.

They say new surveys launch daily. I've been waiting for almost a week and nothing. On the website, I can only sign in using my phone number and password. When I install the app and try to log in on the app, it is not giving me the option to input my phone number and instead wants an email address. So that means if I use the website and the app that I need to have two separate accounts. Absolute horseshit.
