Can't change subscriptions, just constantly says "access denied" and have to go through website anyways, so this app serves no purpose really. Have to log in every time you open it, even though it does a fingerprint scan in the beginning. What's the point of the fingerprint scan if you're going to then ask for my username/password? Website is much easier to go through, skip the app and just use the website, it'll save you some headache.

No clue what's going on with Keurig lately, but the company has turned what used to be a great product into complete trash. Not only are the machines garbage (I've exchanged 3 in less than one month), but now the app is a total dumpster fire. Trying to connect a new K Supreme Smart and all I get is "incorrect password" for my wifi...I've tried resetting to factory settings multiple times, rebooted my router multiple times, all for the same result. assure you that my password is not incorrect.

Love my machine and auto shipments, but this 1 star is for the app; this app needs some serious improvement. Besides the remote brew function, I can't use the app for anything else since all I do is sit in a 'loading' screen until it goes blank... or, if it does ever load, I can't even find the page I am looking for to begin with. Have to order, edit autos deliveries, or account management from browser website because this app is so unintuitive and unoptimized.
