The worst bank ever! No support for English speakers. No notification when recieving a money transfer, which is very bad. It takes fees for the transfers within the (SEPA), while many other banks don't. The transfers take tooo much time to handle and to be completed, and also tooo much time to appear in the operations list. A refund showed in the operations list after two weeks of sending it by the sender!!! While in other banks, this can be done in the same day. Never try it.

Lately keeps crashing in access phase when trying with either pin or biometric ways. It would be nice to have a little section of financial market data also (like in investo App)

I have tried to make an important payment but the transaction was denied. I have tried then to increase my daily limit to make the payment but the action was denied because my "device is not verified". Then I've tried to verify the device following the instructions (which includes going to the ATM to scan a code) without success, just frustration, unnecessary steps and errors. Tried to make an appointment with the branch and again, no success, just errors. Seems like this app was never tested.
