Uplift You allows you to track your habits so you can start to build consistency and the discipline to become the best version of yourself. The app also provides the community, tools, and guidance with structured weekly training guides for all goals, custom workout plans, 100’s of easy-to-make meal plans, and access to our family on the same mission to improve as you.

Your subscription will work across your devices and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in the account setting within iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.

i usually don't leave reviews for apps but id say uplift you a solid app you want to be more productive. i did want to address so technical issues while using the app itself. first, we i go to the workouts and click through the stories, my screen freezes and I'm exited out of the app. another issue is that whenever i track my meals or daily habits for the current day, i end up recording for the previous day instead. those are all the issues i can think of but again i think its a good app.

I absolutely love the app but one issue that I've been having is during a "rest day" where it says to take a walk or run, it doesn't let you complete it but it seems like it should be that way. My rest day was yesterday and when I would click it would just spin and nothing would load. Now it's the next day and it's says that my "next workout" is a rest day which doesn't make sense-- I'm assuming because the app thinks I never completed it. So I have to manually go to my guide and see what's next

I don't really see why are those negative reviews there. The recipes are great and fun. The workouts track (I tested it. You have to complete the workout so it can record) And if you get bored of an exercise you just have to click on the small blue circle and it will open a window with the option to change exercise and a long list of whatever exercise you want to switch to. And each exercise tells you to do it on the opposite side. Great job Leana!! Please keep the updates coming!
