App not working. All white screen.

Terrible app. Tried to set up acc. Said I had already got an account. Reset password, asked for last name an additional info and told me the info didn't match. Tried calling customer service then left on hold for way to long. Better off going to a store in person.

I am giving it a 3. They are very nice . But the app the percentage is always the same and so is the amounts in same day cash and owed. Like I aint paying anything at all. I sent screenshots of what they asked still nothing fixed. I have told the store and he gonna see what he can do on his end . Went also to the store and showed it to him. Please fix
