When it works it's nice, but the app and support are seriously flawed. Pros: 1. Don't need to carry a key 2. Can create temporary guest codes 3. Tracks the history of connected devices Cons: 1. Quite basic; I suspect the company doesn't invest in quality of life updates or fixes 2. Often doesn't connect properly to devices. Get used to the "taking longer than expected" message. 3. Won't communicate with/connect to home hubs. 4. Customer support easily stumped.

Terrible. Less than a month from install, we've had multiple problems with the app and the equipment that was forced upon us by the complex. Now the thermostat and door is offline not allowing any access with no temperature control. It is 80+ degrees inside with no help from smart rents support or any backup way of trying to troubleshoot or fix the problem myself. Still in the process of waiting for anyone from the company to help! cheap company, cheap products. Don't waste you time with them!

The app works fine but it would be nice to have a way to temporarily turn off the auto lock. When your trying to move things into a unit and every time you go down the stairs to get things then come back to find the door locked. You have to set everything down open the app and unlock to door, then pick it all back up again. If you have a pet leaving the door open isn't an option. habing an hour long temporary stop on the auto lock would be useful.
