Your app deducts 300 shillings when you opt for a service even before populating details. What's worse is that the deduction doesn't reflect on the balance statement. Screenshot your balance on the main page then screenshot again before when the app displays the Available Balance. The user will notice a substantial amount reduction. If this is as a result of a bug, then it's a very expensive one.

I've had the best experience. Transactions are immediately processed whether to other accounts or mpesa. I would only recommend to the customer support team to consider lowering transaction fee depending on the amount transacted. The cost even for buying airtime is too much + interest for your loans are absurd. I love it π₯°ππ

There is a bug - the favourites on the home page keep disappearing after a using the app and to get them back means unistalling and reinstalling the app several times over and over. Update: they addressed the bug real quickly. App has been awesome since then. Kudos 5 stars & thank you!
