Ratings and reviews

Will change my rating when sign-in is fixed. It was a wonderful and easy to use app that I have been on for a few months to try to track my symptoms and help my doctors see what I'm going through and maybe take me more seriously. A few days ago, the app logged me (and many others) out and won't let any of us log back in. I lost months of regular tracking and journal entries, and I'm hoping I can get them back and that it doesn't mess up my tracking for the next few months. Please update the app.

This app is almost exaxtly what I was looking for. As a previous reviewer mentioned, I would find it more effective to have the ability to use the symptom tracker multiple times a day. My symptoms fluctuate throughout the day and /or change in severity. I can note them in the journal but then I could use any journal or calender as I have been.

Easy to use, pleasant color scheme settings, wide variety of symptoms to track, but if it doesn't stop pinging me EVERY TWO MINUTES TO TRACK THE SYMPTOMS I ALREADY TRACKED, I'm going to throw it out a window. ETA: I've now uninstalled the program and reduced its rating. I got logged out somehow and it refuses to reset my password. I just can't with this app anymore. Support takes weeks to get back to you and if it won't even let me sign in then it's literally unusable.
