Flipkart health plus has become one of the worst service provider. I recently ordered 2 items totalling 453 for which I was not supposed be charged for delivery. But I only received one item with 50 rs delivery charged as they have cancelled the 2nd item without letting me know. When I asked their customer service they said delivery charge cannot be reversed. If that was the case, I would have cancelled my order if they would let me know beforehand. Worst app.

It's good and the prices offered to the product is also low when compared to others . I'm using this service from past 2-3 years . But the problem is when the product goes out of stock it takes to much time to refill and nowadays when i order medicines it takes around 5 -6 days to deliver and there are some clutches in the app i guess when i order 2 sheets of medicine it takes time to load . Solve this issue as soon as possible .

I ordered ointments and soap of dermatology related. I got it for 15% less which is better than many local shops here. So somewhat satisfied. also it would be better if we add any payment offers or any first time codes. As I'm the first time I didn't receive any spl benefit. The app looks fine and easy to use. They can allow some special characters in the address field. Most of the time out of stock and payment mode is slow.
