Ratings and reviews

Audio tracks loop automatically, with no way to stop it happening. Audio starts playing randomly even when the phone is locked. It doesn't remember your ticket/session details, so going back to 'home' means having to scan the QR code again. The app is just annoying to use and distracts from the museum experience.

Janky experience of using audioguide at Topkapı. Very hard to download the audio segments, mistakes in editing of English audio, unclear ordering, weird UX. The content is pretty good though. My recommendations: make the audio tour available by default. It's free with the ticket and of no use to anyone else. Second, have a human actually try the experience of being a tourist and using the app for an audio tour. You'll find all the weird problems in a single day.

What a joke !? You can t sign up (besides the fact that you have to click a million times to choose your date of birth...). Sales points do not load You cannot buy more than 1 museum pass at once.. I have rarely seen such a bad app... ridiculous especially when you consider the overpriced tag for a pass. Even in Europe it s cheaper..
