Ratings and reviews

The app requires reentry of miles&smiles for each new bookings as well as passport information. Even under profile settings, it can't be stored. Flying with Ajet, 1. time went all the way Premium, seats were no different than the ones in the rear, though the app makes them seam different. 2nd time, we decided to test the economy ticketing with the system picking the seats for travelers, each of us is seated away from each other even though same PNR. Gotta pay to stay together, too? smh

don't expect this app ever to work. sometimes you can't find your reservation, sometimes it says it doesn't exist... forget about check-in ever to work the watsapp contact only will try to help you after you identify yourself with a blood sample. for whatever you have to do here, get ready many hours before. if you have a last moment issue you will be lost. don't forget to download the boarding pass, the app won't save it and you have just one chance to do it

Cancelling flights due to "weather conditions" (in a desert country) 10 days before the multy-city trip?!? YES, SURE! I booked flight fo 13th beg-ist-dxb (these flights are still bookable btw (!!!)). I paid in full. 2 days later - ist-dxb and dxb-ist cancelled due to (wait for it) WEATHER CONDITIONS!!? I am sure it is POSSIBLE TO GUESS EXAVT UNFLYABLE WEATHER 10 DAYS BEFORE THE FLIGHT 🤬🤬🤬 AGAIN, THESE FLIGHTS ARE STILL BOOKABLE. No, it was not "regional tensions" that was mentioned... SHAME!!
