Great concept. If the one-stop-shop for all of your medical information is actually only one of 100, its not a successful application. Every service provider, insurance provider, etc. has their own "MyChart." They appear to be connected because you can log into multiple accounts and toggle between them. However, the information isn't shared across the different versions, I CAN'T see it all in ONE place, and neither can my Healthcare providers.

Pretty much a broken app. It mostly just links you to outside webpages that 9/10 times do not load because, as you'll find from loading the same pages on desktop, they get stuck on a terms and conditions page. In the off chance they do load, they are not optimized for mobile. Most options can only be accessed via the full menu, which for those without a large mobile screen, is incredibly clunky and hard to read/select. Very disappointing compared to other health insurance apps.

Recently lost access to view appointments (past and future visits) Unable to send messages to PCP (primary care provider). Only have options to send a message to customer services and E-visit (asking about symptoms that are NOT related to issues at hand) Not sure if newest version removed some features / options that I had access to.
