Updated on 9/15/22: Now it's working. I can take my photo all right, and my samsung phone is well connected. Just unintalled the app and reintalled it, and tried all over. Can't take my photo for skin consultation. I got new lumispa io yesterday and won't sync with my samsung phone. My friend's Iphone works awesome. Only all android phones are not working. What's the point of new app and device if it won't connect to mobile? Should have this matter fixed BEFORE they sell the device.

UPDATE 9/21: Thank you NuSkin for responding to my reach out. You have been incredible and resolving this issue. And yes as of today my app fully works! It's amazing! Thank you again! ------ Super frustrated that as a brand rep I can't use the skin consultation and app on my galaxy phone. I can't even show my customers how to use it. Disappointing.

Hi, we just pushed an app update with a fix for this issue. Please make sure you have the latest version and that you give the app permission to access your camera. Thanks!

Skin consultation will not work; it tells me something went wrong and to retry again. I have a Pixel pro 7 phone, and now i'm reading reviews that this doesn't work well with Android. Had i known that prior I would not have purchased. I have reinstalled the app several times just to get it to connect to the device. I'm very disappointed in this app, it was the whole reason I purchased the Lumispa IO as I already have a regular Lumispa. I will be returning if the app can not be fixed.
