Ratings and reviews

Rewards expire FAST!! Deals and prices shown in app are often not available. Actual prices are up to 2x what is shown on the thumbnails. The app is super frustrating to navigate as well. Selecting sizes and color combos have improved but still not user friendly. Prices are insane to make sales sound good, but anything besides ultimate clearance prices are stupid high. I used to spend $$$ on Torrid but now not often. Too many styles that never stay in stock. Stop the fast fashion 🤮

The newer version of the Torrid app has fewer glitches than before. It has fast response time, easy to use. I love their clothes, and delivery is pretty swift. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for the app itself is that you cannot enlarge the photos from reviews. So if a customer posts a photo of them wearing an item, it's a very tiny thumbnail and you cannot enlarge it.

Literally the website and app's cart have been down for a while now. Not sure how you expect to make money if you can't go to your cart to check out. Just keep getting an oops message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still does not work. Started working for a short time then stopped again. Over it at this point missed out on a reward because of this issue.
