I had an extremely disappointing experience with OneAssist. I kept receiving emails and notifications that my product had been delivered, but I had no proof of it. Then I was informed that the protection plan would be activated within 2 hours of TV installation. It’s been 4 days now, and still no activation! Trying to contact their customer care is a nightmare. It’s impossible to speak to a real person—just endless automated responses (IVR) or a chatbot that’s useless. If something goes wrong wi

The verification team is very lithurgic and unprofessional they keep on asking the same question time and again without making an effort to send their technician to the customers place. I have already uploaded the documents three times with all images, and invoice documents. This is a fraudulent one assist service which I would not recommend to anyone.

They don't provide services, if you miss by 2 days just to inform them right when the issue occurs. It doesn't matter if your product is in warranty or not. They want immediate issue raised when occured. Worst service by Oneassist. Either go for OnSiteGo for better service at any time in warranty period. Updating my review on 10/01 They reviewed my claim and took into account the fact that I didn't file it on time because I was unaware of their terms and conditions. I blive the deserve 0 star
