Overall everything is amazing from the information to the checklist to the tools and calculators. The one glitch I'm experiencing is playback on the podcasts. I cannot stop and start in the middle of a podcast without having to listen from the beginning. Maybe it's a glitch maybe it's on purpose idk, but keep up the great work guys! thanks!

It's a wonderful tech tool, for us technician, and engineers, it's like having a calculator and key points in your pocket. It's been really helpful especially when am trouble shooting my refrigeration, that is AC, fridge and dispenser, which I had not had time to do for quite some time due to work schedule. All my troubleshooting has very positive results. Good work to the developers.

The podcasts are great, the app needs a bit of work. 1) Each tech tip VOD crashes the app. 2) There should be a toggle button for the navigation menu. 3) I wish there was a better way to sort through the podcasts and maybe even show some progression. Other than that I think the information presented is great just wish it could be structured a little better.
