Doesn't work half the time. It's a huge pain in the butt, solving a problem that doesn't exist. I wish my apartment never switched to it. A beeper to get into the garage worked just fine. Don't even get me started on visitor parking, you need to go to a website and enter a ton of information each time you have a visitor come and it doesn't save the info. Infuriating system that shouldn't exist at all and creates more problems then it solves.

Session auto end was enabled by default, which we didn't know was a feature. Suggest changing the auto end to be 24hr by default instead of 12hr to prevent people from accidentally being towed for no fault of their own. Otherwise very good service and good price.

Absolutely rediculous. Got locked in the parking building with no way to open the gate and there was no available customer service I rang mulitiple times for help and my written message for bot asssistance has still not been read hours later. I had to use the app to pretend i was coming INTO the parking garage and drive out the one way entry because the app wouldn't open the exit door! So dangerous and terrible to be in that position.
