This new interface is really bad and not user-friendly at all. It's hard to read the class schedule and to book classes. The old one was great and worked just fine. Seriously considering terminating the membership simply because of this. And if you have extra money, you could spend it on upgrading facilities instead of changing something that works fine. Please change it back. Please

App is laggier than email lol. I was on a waitlist and apparently got the slot at 11.45am but the app notified me around 12.15pm. 🙄 The filters are stupid because I can only filter for one class type at a time, instead of the handful of class types that I usually go for. UI is still quite confusing.

Frequent force quit/hang. Couldn't rely on it for check-in becoz the app wait very long time to wait api responses, after successful login, it force quit, re-open again it prompt for update. Its much easier to chk-in with physical card. Besides, the ux not good, too many pop-up screen making useful info in very small long scrolling box. The use of "Book" button or "arrow" under mini-calendar are misleading. Please conduct ux workshop with real users for improvement.
