The NHF app (formerly Quick Prescript) enables easy submission of prescriptions to Drug Serv pharmacies and locations for convenient pickup.

It also provides users with seamless access to the benefits and features of the NHF Card, including:

- Searching for covered medications, screening tests, and other benefits
- Viewing available subsidies
- Downloading NHF Card application forms
- Locating NHF Card pharmacies and screening providers
- Finding locations to apply for the NHF Card
- Requesting free glucometers
- Chatting with customer service
- Requesting information and submitting feedback

When I got this app initially, though it had some issues where I was still getting the meds that were deselected, it was still convenient - thus the 2 stars. Now, I'm not even able to log in. I tried the 1st time, but I was told my account may have been deleted. I then tried to re-register, and I was told that all fields weren't filled out. The app was then uninstalled, then reinstalled, and now it's frozen at the login page. This is sad considering the convenience of it.

The app was very convenient until when I upload a prescription, access is denied. I thought it had something to do with the app permissions but that wasn't the problem. I restarted my phone several times, still nothing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still getting "Access denied", " Unable to save cropped image". Please fix the problem(s).

The app is great and easy to use. Have had no problems with it. The response time after posting a prescription is excellent. Yes, you may have to wait a bit sometimes +/- 45 mins to collect your medications but the service is excellent. You are entertained while you wait. My experience has been at the US outlet in Cross Rds., Kgn. I have used the service twice and wilI continue. I recommend this app highly to friends and family ✔️👍.
