Very disappointed that playlists created on one device don't sync with my other devices. Thanks for the response. I will definitely revisit my review after I see the update. Well, several updates later and windows and mobile app still don't sync. Taking my rating from a 3 to 2.

Whats good: 1 star = it has songs. -1 star: it doesn't have basic songs you can hear on the radio. -2 star: the app and the website don't synch. Put songs on one and you won't see them on the other even logged in. Its the 21st century. Basic function? -1 star: it doesn't save your password and username.

I want to get the monthly subscription, but not staring out too well. Clicking on Vocal Match then on LETS GO gives a GET STARTD screen with 3 brief instructions, but I see no way to advance to the voice RECORDING phase. The only active button on GET STARTED page is CANCEL, and it simply returns to the main program. Makes me wonder what else I will struggle to figure out if I subscribe.
