Would rate 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible app with unethical practices. App does not show that you are still searching for a driver when you tab out and back in the app. Does not send notifications when a driver has been found, only does so when driver is about to reach. When you want to cancel by then it's already too late and they charge a $6(!) cancellation fee. Contacted support and they refused to issue a refund directly to my bank account. Stay far away from this garbage

Cancellation policy is atrocious. Driver matched with 9 mins to reach and was not moving for 5 mins. Cancelled and was charged $6 even though I clicked on "Cancel and book again" instead of "Pay to cancel". Lousy and rubbish UI. Daylight robbery!

App does not even start. Fails with generic "an error has occurred - restart your app to see if this still happens" message with no way back or forward. Obviously restarting does not help either.
