Faced repeated network issues in late 2020 and early 2021. Every time there was a power loss, I contacted the serviceman. Initially, he cited a power loss in our community's 2nd phase and mentioned backup batteries were requested. A month later, the same issue occurred; he said batteries were installed but lasted only 1 hour. Yet, when power was lost for just 15 mins, the network was down. Questioning the type and efficiency of the batteries used. Unsatisfactory service.

The customer service in this app is the worst. The connection goes off atleast twice a month. Which is frustrating when you are working from home. Also there customer service is so bad that they need lot of formal training. They abruptly disconnect the chat without responding. I am not sure if they have any quality team looking after them. I will soon port my service to a better internet provider.

Not only your service but this app also deserve 0 star. Most of the time either no internet or it's slow internet. If you are in meeting then frequent call drops due to poor connection. And when you try to open a ticket for same it doesn't allow to create one. Regretting for paying for whole one year. For sure will move back to act or will try new provider.
