Hello guys! I had booked a car (CRETA) for a month (subscription). I had spoken to the customer care 20 days prior before booking. Requested them to give a reliable car since I would be using it to travel through multiple cities. The day the car was delivered the car had puncture issue, later battery issue twice - car not starting (interval of 8 days). I was a regular customer of Revv (5years) all the booking have the same issue (car not starting). Definitely wouldn’t recommend this rental.

Hefty cancellation charges. Chargeable pick up and drop. Medical emergency is not considered as a reason for cancellation. So in other words, if you had a fall in the bathroom and sprained your back, then you should time it well enough to be in the bracket of cancellation window (24 hours). Even a minute delay is not acceptable. So beware!! When they cancel cars (due to accidents as mentioned in other reviews below), they don't give us cancellation fees. It only works one way!! Most Pathetic Service: I had booked a car to be handed over on 16th June 2024 at 8am. I receive an ail saying the car would be at the spot before 1 hour. While I waited until 830a, I called the call center and that is when I am told my booking was cancelled. How is this even possible? They did not bother about informing me or arranging a replacement car. I urge and recommend people booking a car to be prepared for an unpleasant surprise.
