Ratings and reviews

I login and it immediately logs me out, so I can't use it. If there's a discount exclusive through the app, I can't use it. My membership benefits can't be applied through the app. In summary, the app is broken. Recently, I even tried to pay through the website and even that doesn't work. I had to rent with a different company because not even the online support has a solution for me.

Useless app. After logging in and entering a valid 10-digit confirmation number to import a booking, the reservation cannot be found ("unknown error occurred"), therefore unable to get to online check-in. Update: After a few days, the booking appeared. After importing an external booking, it only shows up in the app, but not on the website. When importing it to the website, it can't be changed, and it forgets the booking after logging out. Databases should all be synchronized. Waste of time!

The app is such a waste of time. If you log in, your reservations are not there. You can import your reservation by entering your res # and last name. You will get a pop up saying your reservation has been successfully imported, but then you're looped back to the import reservation page. This goes on forever in a loop. Go to their website to check in online and it directs you back to the app. Hope my car is there when I get to the counter.
