● IoT device connection and control
You can control and manage IoT devices from various brands with one app. 

● Only wall pad connection and control
By linking with the apartment home network system, you can use the wall pad function as an app. (Control of lighting, boiler, gas circuit breaker, etc., visitor history inquiry, elevator call, etc.)

● Smart mode
The smart mode function allows you to operate multiple devices simultaneously or set them to operate automatically according to various conditions.

● AI voice control
When linked with the artificial intelligence service NUGU (speaker, Tmap, BTV set-top box), you can control the device with your voice.

● Complex common entrance entrance
If you have a smartphone, the common entrance door opens automatically. No need to enter password or tag card key. 

● Complex visit vehicle registration
If you register a visiting vehicle in advance with the app, the parking barrier automatically opens and you can receive a parking notification.

[Access rights information]
The following access rights are required to provide the service. Optional access rights require permission when using the function, and even if you do not allow it, you can use services other than the function.

• Notifications (optional) (Android 13 or higher)
- Required for use at the common entrance, device settings, and sending notifications for services, etc.

• Nearby device (optional) (Android 12 or higher)
- When using the common entrance/exit function, it is required to search for the common entrance/exit sensor.
- Required for communication and connection with Bluetooth devices.

• Location (optional)
- When registering a device, it is required to search for WIFI routers and devices.
- Required for smart mode and location-based settings/execution of the device.
- When using the common entrance/exit function, it is required to search for the common entrance/exit sensor.
- Required to search the current location for registering my address.
- Required to find the final location of the Bluetooth device.

• Show above other apps (optional)
- Required to display a guidance pop-up that occurs in the background.

• Storage space (optional) (Android 8~9)
- Required to register a profile photo.
- Required for attaching photos and files in complex life and community bulletin boards.
- Required to save recordings on devices that include a recording function.

- Required to register a profile photo.

- Required to play recorded files on devices with a recording function.
